The Nintendo DS is a very inventive gaming platform. My wife and child love it. Like the Wii which came after it, it offers a gaming experience completely different from the devices that came before it. It seems, on the whole, a game for creative learners rather than the hardcore twitch set. It's nice that there are systems for both crowds. I got an email today from Blockbuster that says they have added the Nintendo DS games to their lineup for sale or rent.
