This is at last the Batman movie I've been waiting for. ..

So says Roger Ebert in his review of Batman Begins. It looks intriguing. Up to a few days ago, I had low hopes for the new Batman. I have always loved the character, but the early trailers held no appeal. I have been disappointed by most of the Bat's previous flights, and had no good reason to believe that this one would be any more to my liking. Ebert's review makes me beleive that Batman Begins offers the complex, conflicted, and brooding Bruce Wayne that I have always found the most captivating.

If Ebert is right, then this is the Dark Knight I have been waiting for, too.
