Words Matter
Words matter. You shouldn’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise. Words are the magic spells we cast on others to have them see our vision of the future. Words are the programming language we use to reboot the mental computers of those we need to lead inspire or motivate into aligning their goals with ours so that they will do what we need them to do. Every day we need our kids to take out the garbage, our prospects to buy, the lawn service to arrive on the day they promised and more. When we use the wrong words and we are lucky, nothing happens at all. When we use the wrong words and fail miserably we get the exact opposite of what we hoped for.
