Finally, we will get to vote on minibottles. This has been an issue for 20 years that I can remember. You can't order a decent adult cocktail in South Carolina because of our minibottles. Bartenders have been as flexible as they can be within the limitation, but if we get to go to liquour by the pour, we can actually order drinks that are mixed to their proper proportions. This will make some bar owners nervous, of course, but it sure would be nice to be able to order an Aviation and get the real thing.
